• The WEFFI report and index were commissioned by the Yidan Prize Foundation. It ranks 50 economies, which represent nearly 93% of global Gross domestic product (GDP) and 89% of the world’s population.

1. Black List

• Those countries known as Non-Cooperative are put in the blacklist.
• These countries support terror funding and money laundering activities.
• The FATF revises the blacklist regularly adding or deleting entries.

2. Grey List

• Countries that are considered safe haven for supporting terror funding and money laundering are put in the grey list.
• This inclusion serves as a warning to the country that it may enter the blacklist.
