• The time capsule will be placed inside a Tamra Patra (copper plate) before it is placed
  2,000 feet under the Ram Mandir site
• So that in future, anyone who wishes to study about the history of the temple, those will
  get the facts related to Ram Janmabhoomi, so that no new controversy can arise
• A time capsule is historic cache information and usually used as a method of
  communication with future people, and to help future archaeologists or historians
• The time capsule would carry a message about Ayodhya, Lord Ram and his birthplace
  and it will be preserved so as to last for thousands of years

  capsule” would be put in the foundation of the Ram Temple
• It would take time to prepare this capsule and it would be put after the layout of the
  temple is prepare

  communication with future people
• It is to help future archaeologists, anthropologists, or historians for better and authentic
  history of the future past
• Time capsules are sometimes created and buried during celebrations such as a world’s
  fair, a cornerstone laying for a building, or at other ceremonies
• The term “time capsule” appears to be a relatively recent coinage dating from 1938

Previous Time Capsules in the world

• In 1901, a time capsule was placed inside the head of the copper lion ornamenting the
  Old State House in Boston
• It was opened in 2014, during repairs to the sculpture and building, with plans to add
  new artifacts and reinstall it in its original location
• The Detroit Century Box, a brainchild of Detroit mayor William C. Maybury, was created
  on December 31, 1900, and scheduled to be opened 100 years later
• The Crypt of Civilization (1936) at Oglethorpe University, intended to be opened in 8113,
  is claimed to be the first “modern” time capsule, although it was not called one at the time
• The 1939 New York World’s Fair time capsule was created by Westinghouse as part of
  their exhibit. It was 90 inches (2.3 meters) long, with an interior diameter of 6.5 inches
  (16 cm), and weighed 800 pounds (360 kg)
