Uttar Pradesh govt will establish India’s 1st leather park in Kanpur district. This leather park is expected to provide employment to 50,000 people directly and more than 1,50,000 people indirectly. It will be established in 268 area of land in Ramaipur village of Kanpur and is expected to attract an investment of more than 5850 crores. It will have all the facilities for production as well as exhibition of leather products and will also have food and lodge arrangements.

The first batch of 5 Rafale jets arrived at Ambala airbase on 29 July 2020. While the second batch of 3 Rafale fighters arrived in November 2020. Recently Rafale fighter aircraft were also included in the Republic Day Flypast of 2021 for the first time. These Rafale aircraft are manufactured by French aircraft manufacturer Dassault Aviation.
