  • Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill, 2023, was passed in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha with overwhelming support from various political parties. It aims to promote ease of living and ease of doing business.
  • Amit Shah has introduced the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2023 in the Lok Sabha ,The Bill proposes to amend 183 provisions in 42 Central Acts administered by 19 Ministries/Departments. The amendments aim to decriminalise certain offences.
