In South Africa’s Zee Enterprises will launch the first IsiZulu language entertainment channel

Leading Indian media conglomerate Zee Enterprises will create history by launching ‘Zee Zonke’, South Africa’s first entertainment TV channel in Isizulu language on 28 August 2023.
Isizulu is the most widely spoken of the 12 official languages of South Africa. The channel is expected to help improve India-South Africa bilateral relations as well as India-Zulu relations.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises is an Indian media conglomerate.
Headquartered in Mumbai, it has interests in television, print, internet, film, and businesses related to mobile content, and operates 45 channels worldwide.
