Axis bank has launched a new type of savings account ‘Infinity Savings Account’

Axis Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in India, has launched a first of its kind new savings account variant ‘Infinity Savings Account’ to cater to the needs of the customers. Customers can open accounts in a completely digital way through the video KYC process.
Axis Bank is the third largest private bank in India. Axis Bank has its headquarters in Mumbai and registered office in Ahmedabad.
Axis Bank started as UTI Bank. Its first branch was opened on 2 April 1994 in Ahmedabad. It was inaugurated by the then Finance Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
UTI Bank started its operations in 1993 after the Government of India gave permission to new private banks. On July 20, 2007, UTI Bank changed its name to Axis Bank.
