Manoj Sinha inaugurates Community Radio, first of its kind in the Union Territory, on the 54th Foundation Day of Jammu University

Jammu and Kashmir Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated the community radio, the first of its kind in the Union Territory, on the 54th Foundation Day of Jammu University. It may be noted that the University of Jammu has been declared as the nodal university by the UGC for the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 in the UT.
This initiative will serve as a medium to express the views of various stakeholders of the University and inspire people to participate in the integrated development of the country.
Vice-Chancellor of Jammu University, Umesh Rai said that being nominated by the University Grants Commission as the nodal university for the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 in the union territory has helped the institute to establish a high status in the academic field.
