- On this occasion, the Uttarakhand Ratna Award has been presented in various fields.
- Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, announced to connect villages with fifty and above population in the state with roads by the year 2030.
- Uttarakhand was formed on the 9th of November 2000 as the 27th State of India.
- The demand to make Uttarakhand a separate state was first raised at a special session of the Indian National Congress held in Srinagar in 1938.
