  • The day of July 20, which is very important from the point of view of human step on space and moon.
  • On this day in 1969, humans stepped on the moon for the first time. The United Nations General Assembly declared 20 July every year to be celebrated as International Moon Day.
  • On July 20, 1969, US astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin landed on the Moon. The place where his landing took place, he named that place as Tranquility Base. Today International Moon Day is celebrated to remember the same and to inform everyone about it.
