The 11th edition of the Sultan of Johor Cup is scheduled to be held in Johor, Malaysia in 2023.
Hockey India has announced the 20-member Indian junior men’s hockey team that will participate in the 11th Sultan of Johor Cup.
This prestigious tournament is scheduled to take place from 27th October to 4th November. Notably, this year’s edition will feature eight teams, expanded from the traditional six.
This year, India has been placed in Pool B in the Sultan of Johor Cup.
They will face tough competition from Malaysia, Pakistan and New Zealand. Pool A will have teams from Germany, Australia, South Africa and Great Britain.
