  • This dummy ballot unit was created using 3D printing technology and PLA, a biodegradable material derived from corn starch.
  • It was created by researchers at IIT Guwahati in merely 48 hours.
  • The dummy ballot seeks maximum voter participation by offering a practical experience.
  • It has unique interactive elements such as sound and light output indicators to assist users during the voting process.
