The warship ‘Mahendragiri’, built at Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, Mumbai, was launched on 01 September. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar’s wife Dr. Sudesh Dhankhar will launch the warship.
The Vice President will be the chief guest at the function. It is the seventh stealth frigate under Project 17A of the Indian Navy.
