The initiative is titled
F1 Sim Racing India Open 2026.

It has been introduced by
Formula 1 in collaboration with Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited.

This is the first-ever
Formula 1-sanctioned India-exclusive sim racing programme.

The aim is to identify
emerging talent in virtual racing and create a pathway into the wider
motorsport ecosystem.

The competition will be
conducted on the official F1 video game platform.
Format of the championship includes

Online qualifiers

City-level rounds
¨ National final in Mumbai
