Anahat Singh won the
final by 3–0, with game scores of 11–3, 11–7, and 11–9.

She lost only two sets
throughout her six matches in the tournament.
¨ Anahat surpassed Joshna Chinappa's runner-up finish in 2005, which had been India's best performance at the World Junior Squash Championships for over two decades.
She also became the first non-Egyptian woman to win the title since Amanda Sobhy achieved the feat in 2010.
