renewable energy platform named Lumara in India on 30 July 2026.

The platform will deploy
approximately $600 million in solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
¨
Lumara will begin
operations with an initial portfolio of more than 6 GW of capacity.
¨
The platform is funded
through Brookfield’s Catalytic Transition Fund.
¨
It is designed to
accelerate renewable energy development through investments in power generation
and energy storage assets.
Lumara will focus on three key renewable
energy segments:

Solar power
¨
Wind power
¨
Battery energy storage
The platform aims to address major project
bottlenecks, including:

Delays in Power Purchase
Agreement (PPA) negotiations
¨
Grid connection queues
¨
Land acquisition

Brookfield already has around 45 GW of wind and solar
assets operational or under development in India.As of 30 July 2026,
Brookfield's total investments in India have exceeded $32 billion across
multiple sectors.
