¨     Indian women wrestlers won three more medals at the U20 World Wrestling Championships in Slovakia.

¨     Mansi Lather won a silver medal in the 68 kg category.

¨     In the 68 kg final, Mansi Lather lost to Chenling Song of China by a close 1–2 score.

¨     Mansi therefore finished second and secured the silver medal.

¨     Tanvi Gundesh Magdum won a bronze medal in the 57 kg category.

¨     Tanvi defeated Agnia Krakovska of Canada by 10–4 in the bronze-medal bout.

¨     Komal won another bronze medal in the 59 kg category.

¨     Komal defeated Eda Balazs of Hungary by 5–2 in the bronze-medal playoff.

¨     These three medals added to India’s earlier medal tally at the championship.

¨     Kajal Dhochak had already won a gold medal for India.

¨     Tanu Sharma and Savita had earlier secured silver medals.

¨     India’s women wrestlers therefore continued their strong performance at the U20 World Championships in Slovakia.
