¨     Ministry of Electronics and IT partnered with All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology to launch the “Kaushal Rath” initiative.

¨     The programme operates under the National AI Literacy campaign titled “Yuva AI for All.”

¨     The initiative focuses on reaching students, educators and young learners.

¨     Kaushal Rath is a mobile unit that functions as a travelling digital lab.

¨     The vehicle is equipped with internet-enabled computers and audio-visual systems.

¨     It also carries structured training modules on AI and Generative AI.

¨     The mobile lab will visit schools, colleges, ITIs and community centres.

¨     The government said the programme aims to ensure access to technology regardless of geography or background.

¨     Under the IndiaAI Mission, skilling is one of seven key pillars.

¨     The Yuva AI for All course is four hours long and self-paced. No prior coding knowledge is required to enrol.

¨     The programme is supported by partners such as Future Skills Prime, iGOT Karmayogi, Coursera and TCS iON.

¨     The India AI Impact Summit will take place from February 16 to 20 at Bharat Mandapam.
