appointment of Vivek Tripathi as Executive Director (ED) of AU Small Finance
Bank for a period of 3 years.

He will also serve as a
Whole-Time Director (WTD).

His tenure will begin from
April 24, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
¨ Vivek Tripathi is an
experienced banking professional with expertise in credit and risk management.
¨
He is currently serving
as the Chief Credit Officer at AU Small Finance Bank.

He has been associated
with the bank since 2014.
¨
He has played a key role
in developing the bank’s credit framework.
¨
He has extensive
experience in lending and financial risk assessment.
His long association with the bank makes him well-suited for a leadership role
