On November 14, the 30th
CII Partnership Summit 2025 was inaugurated by Vice President C.P.
Radhakrishnan in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

The two-day event was
organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry in collaboration with the
Government of India and the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
¨
The Vice President
highlighted India's rapid emergence as a prosperous nation under the leadership
of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
¨
Emphasized the country's
strong economic growth, promising startup ecosystem, and expanding digital
infrastructure.
¨
India is poised to become
the world's third-largest economy and is developing as a major startup hub.
¨
Andhra Pradesh was
described as one of India's best investment destinations, where the Centre and
the State are working harmoniously.
¨
Chief Minister N.
Chandrababu Naidu highlighted the transformation in the state rom ease of doing
business to real-time approvals.
¨
The state's 10-point
strategy for boosting national investment and developing drone, electronics,
aerospace, space, semiconductor and defence corridors was presented.

Mr. Naidu said that the
state has succeeded in attracting US$20 billion and creating 2 million jobs in
17 months, and has set a target of US$0.5 trillion in investment and 5 million
jobs in the future.
