Gangadhar Tilak, a prominent leader of India’s freedom movement.

Lokmanya Tilak was also
the editor of Kesari and The Mahratta newspapers.

The award includes a
memento, citation, and a cash prize of ₹1 lakh.

by the Lokmanya Tilak Smarak Trust.

Ajit Doval is a
1968-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and the longest-serving National
Security Adviser of India.

He has played a
significant role in areas such as counter-terrorism operations, strategic
intelligence, border security, and national security planning.

He has been associated
with major strategic matters, including the Doklam standoff and the Balakot air
strike.

The National Security
Adviser (NSA) heads the National Security Council Secretariat.
